Terms of service

Last updated October 2026. This page is reviewed by counsel before any real patient is seen; until then the service runs with test data only.

The service

Noticed provides a technology platform through which independent, licensed clinicians deliver telehealth care. Noticed does not practice medicine. Software features, including the Health Assistant and AI readings, support clinicians and never replace them.

Not for emergencies

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in a state where care is available at the time of your visit.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.

Accurate information

Care depends on what you share. Provide accurate, complete information and current photos and reports that are yours.

Prescriptions and products

Only a licensed clinician may prescribe. Any prescription is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Nothing on this website offers, advertises or guarantees any medication or outcome.

Fees, refunds and cancellation

Fees, if any, are shown to you before you agree to them. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at that point and can be requested at care@noticed.health.

Complaints

Write to care@noticed.health with "Complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge within two business days and respond in writing.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Noticed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing limits liability for clinical negligence by a treating clinician, which is governed by applicable law.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
