Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026. This page is reviewed by counsel before any real patient is seen; until then the service runs with test data only.

What we collect

On this website (before you create an account): your email address if you join the list, and standard usage data (pages viewed, device type). No health information is collected on the public site.

In the care app (after you create an account and consent): the information you type to the Health Assistant, the photos and reports you upload, the AI readings of them, your clinician's notes and decisions, and your profile (date of birth, sex, state, self-reported skin tone, medications, allergies).

How it is used

  • To provide care: your clinician sees everything you share.
  • To read what you share: photos and reports are processed by AI models under written agreements that bind the providers to the same privacy duties.
  • To keep you safe: every access to your record is logged.
  • Never for advertising, and never sold.

Who sees it

Your treating clinician; the small operations team of Noticed for support and quality (case status and access logs, not your uploads unless you ask for help with one); and technology providers acting on our instructions under agreements. We disclose health information only as the law allows or requires.

Website questionnaires and the Health Assistant before an account

Anything you enter before creating an account and consenting to care is not part of a medical record and is not reviewed by a clinician. Care begins only after account creation and consent.

Your choices

  • Download your timeline (photos, values, decisions) from the app at any time.
  • Ask us to correct or delete information, subject to record-keeping laws.
  • Unsubscribe from the join list with one click.

Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest; role-based access; audit logging of every read and write of patient material; test and live data never mixed.
